  Vinyasa Yoga is a practice of connecting movement through yoga postures with conscious controlled breathing. While we harness the mental focus necessary to control the breath we achieve the benefits of presence, fluidity and control in movement and deeper awareness of all of our senses. The Vinyasa practices is effective at creating strength, flexibility and overall relaxation.
